I appreciate the practical overview of the process as well as the specific tools / companies / resources mentioned.
I have two books published by a traditional publisher in Slovakia - one of them is a national bestseller, the other one is for a small nieche for adopted children. I am looking for ways how to expand to the English speaking market and this book was a useful introduction of things I need to consider. I have realized things work quite differently in Slovakia and in UK/ USA. Thank you Joanna. :-)

A good primer to self-publish

The title is self-explanatory, yet I found so much more insight in the book than I thought I would. Not only did I learn – in this revised edition – that ITINs are no longer necessary to publish on Amazon (you only need your tax number from your own country), I also learned a couple of nifty tricks to grow my backlist and up my publishing game.

I definitely recommend this to other authors thinking of going Indie (a much nicer term than self-publisher, don’t you think?). Now to read other books by Joanna for intrepid author-entrepreneurs
